Error Description
Not all Preference schemes are applicable for every country. A number of the Preferences are assigned to specific countries to allow the system to know that the Tariff used qualifies for a specific trade agreement.
Resolution
Verify the country is correct. However if it is then change the Preference to a valid Preference scheme or “GEN” to apply the General duty rate.
