This release provides two new automatic reports which can advise your client when the ETA Destination for their Air or Sea Import Jobs has changed and by how much since the last ETA change notification.
Air Imports
Use the new automatic report code AIRIMPETAU to list Air Import Jobs where the ETA Destination has been updated
The XLS report can be run for a specific client or use client code ‘INTERNAL’ to run the report for all clients.
Select the report criteria
- ETA Destination falls within X days from Today
- ETA Destination has changed by X hours or more
- Enter a specific department or leave the Department code blank to run the report for all departments
The report will find all Air Import Jobs with a CCH event with ETA Destination within the specified number of days from today where the ETA Destination has changed by the specified hours or more for the specified department or all departments
The XLS report will show the ETA Destination Date and Time last advised, the new ETA Destination Date and Time, the change in hours, the ETA Change Event Date and Time as well as the Job Information useful to the Client
Sea Imports
Use the new automatic report code SEAIMPETAU to list Sea Import Jobs where the ETA Destination has been updated
The XLS report can be run for a specific client or use client code ‘INTERNAL’ to run the report for all clients.
Select the report criteria
- ETA Destination falls within X days from Today
- ETA Destination has changed by X days or more
- Enter a specific department or leave the Department code blank to run the report for all departments
The report will find all Sea Import Jobs with a CCH event with ETA Destination within the specified number of days from today where the ETA Destination has changed by the specified days or more for the specified department or all departments
The XLS report will show the ETA Destination Date and Time last advised, the new ETA Destination Date and Time, the change in days, the ETA Change Event Date and Time as well as the Job Information useful to the Client
