This release provides an update to receive the Required Date and Time from the ContainerChain (formerly MAXIMAS) system. This is useful where the carrier is providing information on containers required to be delivered within a time window for unpack at a Delivery Centre.
Expedient will process carrier status updates from ContainerChain carriers with the Event code 9181. Expedient will
- populate the Required Date and Time in the Containers Details tab of the Import Job Registration screen
- populate the Required Date and Time in the Container Management record for the Container
- create an event, CREQ, in the job showing the Container Number as the event reference
- display the ContainerChain message in the EDI Message History screen
The User Defined Automatic Reports for Import Jobs has been updated to include the event CREQ as a possible report criteria.
