This release provides better pre-population of the NZ eBACCA application from information already stored in the Branch Masterfile and Customer Masterfile.
The Branch Masterfile has been updated for NZ sites using the Customs Module to store the default MAF Processing Office in the Customs Details section.
Expedient will use the default MAF Processing Office for the branch to populate new eBACCA applications in the MAF Information screen. This can be updated.
The MAF Information screen has also been updated to automatically set the Goods type to ‘MSC’ for each line in the Goods table. This can be updated.
The Importer tab has been updated to insert the Client’s full street address details from the Customer Masterfile. These details can be edited.
The Transitional Facility tab has been updated to automatically insert the Transitional Facility Code stored for the client’s delivery address in the Customer Masterfile. This can be updated.
On saving the eBACCA application the ‘Send MAF file to yourself’ option is immediately available in the Options menu.
