This release provides the ability to receive emails from DAFF/AQIS and forward the email automatically with its attachments to another email address, perhaps to an external system. The attachments can be stored automatically in the appropriate Job Documents folder. The DAFF Communication Maintenance option has been added in the Administration menu.
Enter the address that the AQIS email is received from and the email address you want Expedient to forward the email to. This may be to an external system. Select the reference in the email subject that is used to identify the job, e.g. Job Number or External ID. If your site is configured to save documents within Expedient you have the option to save the email attachments automatically to the appropriate Job Documents folder on receipt of the email.
