This release provides the ability to quickly create multiple Cargo Reports for single House Bills.
A new option has been added in the CMR ACR House screen and the CMR SCR House screen, Create Multiple Cargo Reports.
This function will create multiple copies of the Cargo Report on the screen.
If the House Bill you want to create multiple copies of has not yet been submitted to Customs you will be asked:
Enter the number of Cargo Reports you want to create copying the basic information from the Cargo Report currently on the screen.
For example you can request three Cargo Reports for the House Bill HOUSE2222. The original Cargo Report has not been submitted to Customs so Expedient will rename the Cargo Report HOUSE2222 on the screen to HOUSE2222-1, and create two further copy Cargo Reports, HOUSE2222-2 and HOUSE2222-3. The details in the two new Cargo Reports will be the same as the original, now renamed, Cargo Report. These will be ready to update with the correct Shipper and Consignee details to send to Customs.The screen will refresh to show you the first of the new Cargo Reports, e.g. HOUSE2222-1. Use 
to scroll through the new Cargo Reports.
You can also use this option to create copies of Cargo Reports which have already been submitted.
If you are viewing a submitted Cargo Report and use the option you will be asked:
On selecting ‘Yes’ you will be asked:
For example you can request 3 copies of the previously submitted Cargo Report HOUSE4444. Expedient will not make any changes to the original submitted Cargo Report but it will create three copies and call them HOUSE4444-1, HOUSE4444-2 and HOUSE4444-3. These will be ready to update with the correct Shipper, Consignee and Commodity details to send to Customs. Use to scroll from the original Cargo Report to the new Cargo Reports. From the CMR SCR House screen using the same option, Create Multiple Cargo Reports, Expedient will show the following screen.
You can select how many Sea Cargo Reports you want to create by copying the Cargo Report currently on the screen and which containers you want to assign to the new Sea Cargo Reports. Use the 
button to quickly select all or no containers.
Single additional Cargo Reports can be added in the CMR ACR House and the CMR SCR House screens by clicking ADD.
- In the CMR ACR House screen when the MAWB number is added Expedient will populate the routing information from the Consol. When a valid Import Job number is entered in the Job Number field Shipper, Consignee and Goods information is populated from the Job.
- In the CMR SCR House screen when the Consol number is added Expedient will populate the routing information from the Consol. When a valid Import Job number is entered in the Reference field Shipper, Consignee and Commodity Details are populated from the Job.
When the Job the Cargo Report is linked to is updated any change to the Job routing information is copied to the linked multiple Cargo Reports only if they have not yet been submitted to Customs.
