This release provides an update to the Multiple Cargo Reports function.
The option to create Multiple Cargo Reports from the Options menu in the Sea Cargo House Reporting screen has been restricted to House Bills for jobs with Job Class FCX. This option will now create ADDITIONAL copies of the Cargo Report you are viewing in the screen.
For example, you can request 3 copies of Cargo Report HOUSE4444. Expedient will not make any changes to the original Cargo Report but it will create three copies and call them HOUSE4444-1, HOUSE4444-2 and HOUSE4444-3. These will be ready to update with the correct Shipper, Consignee and Commodity details to send to Customs. Use 
to scroll from the original Cargo Report to the new Cargo Reports.
The ability to ADD a new Cargo Report in the Sea Cargo and Air Cargo House Reporting screens has been removed. If you want to create additional Cargo Reports find the original Cargo Report for the House Bill and use the ‘Create Multiple Cargo Reports’ option.
The view of Cargo Status for Housebills in the Consol Registration screens has been updated. If multiple Cargo Reports exist for a Housebill the Send Status will show the word ‘MULTIPLE’, the Send Date column will be blank and the Cargo Status will be a summary status for all the Cargo Reports associated with the House Bill, e.g. Some Clear or Some Held.
