Release 17/06/2026 – Customs (AU) – Quarantine/AEP Information

The Quarantine/AEP Information can be entered in the following screens.

• Part Masterfile

  • 

  • Note:
    • The producer Code field has been removed from the Part masterfile.
    • Users should register the “Producer Code” in Quarantine/AEP Information>QPC code.

      • 

  • Users can also load Quarantine/AEP Information into the part masterfile via Customs Processing -> Tools -> Load Parts File

    • 

• Load Supplier Invoice
  • Users can load “Quarantine/AEP Information” via
    • Customs Processing -> Tools -> Supplier Invoice File Load
    • Supplier Invoice (Update Mode) -> Load Invoice File

    • 

• Supplier Invoice
  • 

  • Users can mass update “Quarantine/AEP Information”.

    

  • Users can save the “Quarantine/AEP Information” to the Part Masterfile via the “Saving Parts” function on saving.

    • 

  • Users can filter “Quarantine/AEP Information”.

    • 

  • Users can reset “Quarantine/AEP Information”.
    • When the reset is clicked, users should tick the “Reset including Quarantine/AEP Information” checkbox.
      • 
      • When OK is clicked, users can select which Quarantine Code to reset.

        • 

• Import Declaration
  • Header Quarantine/AEP Information.
    • 
      • Note:
        • The Header Quarantine/AEP Toolbar has been replaced by the above. Users should enter/view the Header Quarantine in the Entry tab.

          • 

  • Line Quaratnine/AEP Information.

    • 

  • Note:
    • The Line Quarantine action button has been replaced by the above. Users should enter/view the Line Quarantine in the Lines tab.

      • 

• Reports
  • The “Quarantine/AEP Information” is available in the following reports.
    • Part Masterfile -> Browse & Output to CSV
    • Customs Processing -> Reports -> Parts -> Parts – Generic Listing
    • Customs Processing -> Reports -> Parts -> Audit Parts
    • Customs Processing -> Tools -> Downloaded Supplier Invoices -> Browse & Output to CSV
    • Customs Processing -> Reports -> Jobs / Declarations -> Supplier’s Invoice – Declaration Line
    • Customs Processing -> Reports -> Jobs / Declarations -> Declarations – Line Analysis
    • Customs Processing -> Reports -> Jobs / Declarations -> Declarations – Invoice Lines
