In this release, sites which are located on our Cloud servers will have the Docs column in their workflow screen renamed to Assigned Documents. This column will now also only count the number of Assigned Documents in the jobs and consols, rather than all documents including unassigned documents.
This change is done in order to improve the loading times of the workflow screen for Cloud sites. Sites which are not on our cloud servers will have no changes to their Docs column.
This setting is also configurable by Expedient Staff only. If you wish to change the Assigned Documents or the Docs column, please raise a support ticket mentioning the Workflow Assigned documents column and an Expedient Staff member will be able to help. The three options this setting has are:
- to display a count of all documents
- to display a count of only assigned documents
- or, to turn off the column so that it is no longer visible
