This release includes an update to the following screens:
- Customs Processing -> Job Registration
- Forwarding -> Export Air -> Job Registration
- Forwarding -> Export Sea -> Job Registration
Where a Consol is linked to the Job, the Load Port and ETD Load can still be edited, allowing for different Load Ports between the Job and the Consol. Where the Load Port and the ETD Load on the Consol screen are updated and the details matched the Job before the update, then the Job’s Load Port and ETD Load date will also be updated to the new values.
Manifest EDI
Additionally, this release also includes an update to Manifest EDI Load Process.
For all Jobs, the Load Port and ETD Load date can be added to the Expedient Manifest EDI file format using the XML tags <LoadPort> and <EstDepartDate> under the <HousebillDetail> parent. If the tags <LoadPort> or the <EstDepartDate> tag do not exist under the <HousebillDetail> parent, then the Manifest EDI file will use the <LoadPort> and the <EstDepartDate> under the <Manifest> parent, just as before.
