Configuring Container TEU Values
In this release, users will be able to enter in their own custom TEU values for each container ISO type.
To do this, users must go to the new Container Configuration screen (Administration -> Masterfile Management -> Container Type Configuration). In this screen, users can click on the Update button and edit the TEU value. Please note that all TEU values must be 2 digits, followed by 2 decimal places.
After this release, all Expedient reports will reference this new screen when reporting any TEU for containers, jobs or consols. All Auto-Reports listed below will also be able to report with Container TEU Value as a new output column that will reference the TEU value entered in the new Container Configuration screen.
Auto Reports which now have Container TEU Value as an output column:

- Shelved Report Scheduling – (Report Scheduling -> Shelved Report Scheduling)
- FIMPSHPORD
- SHIPLINVOL
- Import Orders – (Order Management -> Reports -> Import -> Report Scheduling – User Configured)
- Export Orders – (Order Management -> Reports -> Export -> Report Scheduling – User Configured)
- Finance – (Management -> Reports -> Finance -> Accounting Report Scheduling)
System FCX Calculations
In this release, Expedient will now be calculating TEU values on FCX containers differently.
For each FCX container on a job, the system will search for any other jobs with the same container number then divide the total TEU value for the container ISO type by the number of jobs found. To determine the number of jobs found, the system will first look at the consol. If there is no linked consol, the system will look at the Master Bill Number. If there is no Master Bill Number, the system will look for any other jobs with the same Vessel and Voyage ID.
