We have exciting news – we are upgrading the Web-based Expedient site with a newer version, offering better security, scalability and feature enhancements.
What that means for you?
Current Expedient functionality and processes will not change, simply continue using Expedient as you would normally.
If you notice any faults, bugs or new restrictions, please contact Expedient Support immediately.
What’s different?
This upgrade includes:
- Enhanced security and data protection
- A fresher, more contrasting colour scheme, most noticeable when switching from Light Mode to Dark Mode
- An updated side-panel, its collapsible function migrated to the bottom left corner.
- You can hide your favorites by selecting the Favorites icon
- Updated User Preferences options (accessed by selecting your user’s profile icon in the top right corner of the screen). User Preferences now contains:
- The Sign-Out button
- Light/Dark Mode toggle functionality
- Entity display changing can now be accessed here
- If you have no tabs/screens open in your current entity, changing to another entity will open a new browser session.

Protecting your data and privacy has always been a priority at Expedient. This upgrade ensures we are using the most efficient and advanced measures to keep your information secure.
This upgrade will also allow Expedient to continue to grow by enabling new features to best meet real-world changes.
