This release includes the addition of the spare fields from the import and export job screens onto the portal. There is now a new configuration screen located under Administration -> Web Portal -> Partner Portal Custom Field Names where you can specify what you want these fields to be called on the portal. Please note that these names will be the same for all users that you have allowed to see the fields on the portal and will be the same across import and export jobs.
The field name mapping screen allows you to free type a name for each spare field that you wish to use.
Once fields have been renamed, they will appear on the administration screens under the new names for you to select whether they are visible on the portal. By default, these are set to not visible to allow you time to relabel and decide if you are going to use them on the portal.
Once set to visible, these fields will appear on both the shipment listing and detail screens. Users can also filter on these using the additional filter function on the shipment listing screen.
