In this release we have made changes to the Consignee and Consignor reference fields on the shipment listing screen so that they display all customer reference numbers stored against the job. This includes:
- The Customer Reference on the Import Job
- The additional Client Reference Numbers stored in the options menu in the Import Job
- The Shipper Reference on the Export Job
- The additional Client Reference Numbers stored in the options menu in the Export Job
These are all listed in the consignee/consignor reference number column, depending on direction, separated by a comma. E.g.
We have also updated the search function on the dashboard and shipment listing screen to allow users to search by any customer reference number on the shipments. This matches on full and partial queries.
When searching from the dashboard, shipments that have a reference that matches your search will have the reference number listed in brackets as per the below screenshot:
