This release provides an update to the Partner Portal to allow a view of the Packing Location in Import and Export Bookings, and the ability for the Partner Portal user to add and maintain the Packing Location address
Administration -> Web Portal -> Partner Portal Administration has been updated with a new flag to View and Edit Packing Location in the Bookings tab
The same configuration flags are available in the Partner Portal Administration screen for the Partner Portal user
The Edit flag is defaulted Off in both screens
If the Packing Location is Visible, the Packing Location address is shown in either the Booking Instructions tab of the Bookings details,
or, on the Products tab, if the Customer has product line Order Tracking
Where the Partner Portal user has been given permission to Edit the Packing Location, the zoom in Packing Location will list addresses for any Customers, Suppliers and Agents the user has Partner Portal access to (Imports), or it will list addresses for any Customers the Partner Portal user has access to (Exports)
The Packing Location address can be added or changed in the Partner Portal until the booking is either Confirmed (Imports), or Packed (Exports)
Packing Location can be selected as an option to trigger Notifications to Corporate users. This option is available where the Packing Location is shown within the Booking Instructions tab in the Partner Portal. The notification email will show the Business Name and the first line of the Packing Location address that has been applied to the booking via the Partner Portal
