This release includes an update to the Partner Portal to allow Agents to create Import and Export Bookings for Customers that do not have Order Tracking. Agents can create Bookings that are unlinked to Orders
Agents will now see the same options as Customers when creating Bookings. Agents will be able to either create a Booking from an Order (for Expedient sites that have Order Tracking), and Agents have the option to create a Booking unlinked to an Order
The Agent can select a Consignor and only the Consignees that are associated with the Consignor.
Agents can create the Bookings manually, or via the Booking CSV option in the Partner Portal. The Agent will be automatically loaded as the Sending Agent for Import Bookings, and the Receiving Agent for Export Bookings. If the Partner Portal user is linked to more than one Agent, the Partner Portal will ask the user to select the correct Agent before creating the Booking
