In this release, Expedient will allow eCommerce user to scan held parcel including surplus parcel without pop-up warning message after scanning.
The function is a restricted to authorized users only. Superuser can configure the setting via User Masterfile>User Option by clicking the user option ‘ECOMSCANCTRL’
When the user option is ticked, the user is authorized to control pop-up warning message on scanning via Freight Scan and the following option will display on the freight scan screen.
- If ‘Yes’ (Default Option) is selected, the Held warning message will display as normal for each held parcel scanning.
- If ‘No’ is selected, the Held warning message will NOT display for each held parcel scanning.
Users are able to change the option anytime while scanning. When the Master Bill is re-set, the option will be reset to “YES” automatically.
