In this release, we have added the ability to set who is responsible for supplying documents. This feature is particularly useful for creating user configured reports so that you know who to contact to chase for documents.
Within the required document configuration screen, we have added a new column “Responsible Party”. The required documents still function the same however, this new column is now transposed onto the import and export jobs.
On the job registration screen, users can override the default responsible party for each document. This is only allowed if “allow update” is set to yes against the document on the required document configuration screen.
Please note, the missing documents request that is currently generated from the import job registration screen lists all required documents regardless of party.
Generating User Configured Report
Within the user configured report screen Responsible Party has been added as a search criteria against the required documents AND as an output option. This means users can choose to either filter their results to search only for jobs where a certain user is responsible for providing a document or see the responsible party listed in the report for a chosen document type.
