The new validation process has been added into the expedient system to warn a user that the SAC indicator is applied for the same job when the customs entry is created or validated.
When the cargo report has SAC indicator set as “Yes” and a new custom entry is created by clicking “add” 
a system prompt will pop up as below:
Additionally, if the customs entry is created previously, a user can still run “Validate Entry” 
to confirm if the SAC indicator is applied in Cargo Report.
