This release provides new options that can be enabled within the Workflow Module for Multi Jobs.
When a registered job meets the criteria of a ‘Multi Job’ you will see a new column in the import workflow screen ‘Multi’.
Multi Job Criteria:
AIR
- Registered in the last 365 days
- Same Airline and Flight
- Same ETA
- Same Customer
- Same Supplier
- Same Consol number or same Master Bill
SEA
- Registered in the last 365 days
- Same Vessel & Voyage ID
- Same Customer
- Same Consol Number or same Master Bill
The jobs matching the above Criteria will show ‘MU’ In the Multi column indicting these jobs meet the criteria for Multi Jobs.
By selecting a job and using the ‘Show Multi’ Button (Or pressing F2) the Workflow screen will list all the jobs matching that particular Multi Job criteria.
When a Multi-Job Entry is created for the Multi Jobs, the status in the Multi Column will change to ‘ME’, Indicating to the user that the job is attached to a Multi-Job Entry. By selecting a job and using the ‘Show Multi’ Button (Or pressing F2) the Workflow screen will list all the jobs on that Multi-Job Entry.
