This release provides the ability to create more than one EDN per job with different Shippers going to the same Export Consignee
The EDN screen in ADD mode will allow you to update the original Job number for the Export House Bill by adding a ‘-‘ and a suffix number e.g. -02
The Shipper field has been updated to allow you to enter a different Shipper to the Shipper on the Job. Use the zoom to find a new shipper code. The ABN will automatically update to match the new Shipper. The zoom on the AHECC code in the Commodity Lines tab will also look at the new Shipper.
The Export Air and Sea jobs screen will indicate where multiple EDNs have been created for the original job number. Cargo Status will indicate if All or Some EDN are CLEAR or FAILED, e.g.
The EDN field will show ‘MULTIPLE EDN’ if more than one exists for the original job number.
The Air and Sea Consol Registration screens have also been updated to indicate where multiple EDN exist with different submission status. The Job Information table has been updated as shown below
