This release provides the option to assign Workflow Groups to both Air and Sea Freight instead of one or the other.
The Workflow > Workflow Administration > Input Workflow Work Groups screen has been updated to include a new Mode Type option ‘Both Sea and Air Freight’.
Expedient Workflow will include Air and Sea Freight jobs that fit the criteria for the Workgroup.
Please note that the Customer Groups in the Customer Masterfile Configuration tab for the Client must the same in the Import Air Customer Group and the Import Sea Customer Group in order to select Mode Type ‘Both Sea and Air Freight’
If a Department is assigned to the Workflow group Expedient will only show the Jobs that are in the Department.
If the Mode Type is ‘Both Sea and Air Freight’ and a Container Class is selected e.g. FCL, Expedient Workflow will find all Air Freight and FCL Sea Freight jobs that fit the rest of the Work Group criteria.
