This release provides the ability to show the customised job fields in the Import Job Registration in the Web Portal with column labelling that makes sense to your clients.
You may be using Field 1, Field 2 and Field 3 in the Import Job Registration screen to store reference information or remarks important to your client
You can identify what these fields mean in the Web Portal using the new screen in Web Portal > Customer Field Name Mapping. Apply the client’s labels for these fields.
The Web Portal will display the column headings to the Client
The Output to CSV option, available by right-clicking on the table, will show the customised column labels.
Web Portal User Configured View
A new toolbar button exists in the Web Portal screen – VIEW CONFIGURATION
Select if the view of the Import or Export Jobs is to be changed.
Select columns from the left hand list of Available Columns to appear in the list on the right – Web Portal View. Any customised columns labels set up in Customer Field Name Mapping screen will be included.
Drag and drop columns from the left side to the right or use the
button.
Select all the columns in the left side using the
button.
To move a column out of the Web Portal View drag and drop a column from right to left or use the
button.
To remove all the columns from the Web Portal View use the
button.
To change the order of columns in the Web Portal view drag and drop the columns within the list or use the Move Up and Move Down buttons.
To reset the Web Portal view of the Open Jobs back to the original columns and order use the
button.
As soon as Finish is clicked the view of the tab will be refreshed to match the selected configuration.
The customised view is only seen by the Web Portal user who set it up.
