This release provides the ability to add the Parts Description to an unclassified Part without completing the classification. Expedient can pop up a screen to prompt you to add the Parts Description when a new part number is added in the following screens
- Pre-Job Suppliers Invoice
- Suppliers Invoice
- Shippers Invoice
When a new part number is added the following pop up appears
Add the Part Description and complete the Part Line in the Invoice.
The Part Description will appear in the Classify Parts screen when you UPDATE to add the TLF classification
The Part Description will also appear in the Unclassified Parts report
Expedient can pop up the Parts Description field for all or some of your Clients.
If you are interested in this functionality please raise a Support Ticket with Expedient quoting ‘PRECLASS’ and let us know if you want the Parts Description for all or some of your clients.
If you want the pop up to appear for some of your clients the pop up is controlled in the Clients Option screen in the Customer Masterfile. Tick the option PRECLASS to pop up the Parts Description.
