Create a Debtor Add On/Write Off

An Add On is where a client has overpaid by a small amount and you wish to balance the general ledger. A Write off is where a customer has short paid by a small amount and you wish to stop sending them statements for the small amount and wish to balance the general ledger. A write-off is also used to clear of a customer’s bad debt, in which for some reason the customer has not and will not pay.

This screen is found in the Debtors folder.

By clicking the ADD button or typing A will place the cursor in the input screen in Add Mode.
