This option, available in the Import Entry screen directs Customs to debit the money when they are ready. Any User within the Users Masterfile > User Options that has IMD_PAY set to Yes can pay. The Nature 10/20 screen button to Pay Entry will be greyed out for Users that do not have this option turned on
