The Documents Available Notice is to notify the Broker that you have Documents ready for collection. The Document is available from the Import Job Registration screen, through Notifications > Documents Available Notification. This document will list any documents that you have marked as ‘Received’ in the Documents Screen for that Job. The default recipients for the document are any Contacts at the Broker that receive Import Notifications.
