The following has been applied to the Supplier Masterfile:
Description Field
After you input the Client Code, you can now enter the Supplier Name (Description field) first before inputting a Supplier Code.
The system will then automatically generate the Supplier Code based off the Supplier Name that has been entered.
NOTE: You are still able to amend the Supplier Code that has been created. As per existing functionality, you are not able to change the Supplier Code after the record has been saved.
Street & City Fields
The Street and City fields have been extended from 25 characters to max. 35 characters.
Transit Times
The Air Lead field has been added to the Transit Times in the Supplier Masterfile.
This field is for reference only and is currently not connected to any report.
Shipping InstructionThe After Field validation has been removed from the Fax No field.
Therefore, the following message will no longer be shown:
“You Must Enter a Fax No’
Shipping Instruction Print Out
The Fax field on the Print Out of the Shipping Instruction has been renamed to ‘Email’, as this information is been retrieved from the Email field in the Suppliers Masterfile.

Sundry Module
The description ‘SUPPLIER DELETED’, has been applied to the Action Code ‘SUPD’.
