Expedient provides the ability to load a CSV of a Creditors Statement and perform a comparison of the Statement details against Invoices for the Creditor stored in Expedient.
The option is available in Creditors > EDI Creditors – EDI Creditors Statement. Please contact Expedient by raising a Support Ticket if you cannot see this menu option.

This screen finds all the Creditors in your Customer Masterfiles that send Creditors Statement EDI to you. This flag is found in the Creditor tab of the Administration > Customer Masterfile.

Find the Creditor who sent you the Statement EDI and use the Load File button to locate the file and load it. The file must be a CSV and contain the following columns with no column headings

Expedient will check all the mandatory information is in the file and load the invoices from the statement that pass checks. Expedient will show a message to inform you of any lines in the file that do not pass checks so these can be corrected before loading.
Once loaded use the Comparison Reports toolbar button to check the details of the statement against the Invoices stored in Expedient for the Creditor. Expedient can highlight any discrepancies. These are all CSV reports.
