This release provides tightened security access to the Export Forwarding screens for Air and Sea freight. Validation has been added to Consol and Job screens to prevent deletion of records.

Security Access

The following screens are updated with tightened security access

• Export Sea Consol Screen
• Export Air Consol Screen
• Export Air Job Screen
• Export Sea Job Screen (including NZ)
• Import Air Consol Screen
• Import Sea Consol Screen

Super Users manage how users access these screens to View, Edit and Delete information.

Select the ‘Security Access Maint.’ Option from the Options menu in these screens to see what type of access users have.

All users are able to view this information however, only Super Users are able to make amendments to the access of individuals.

If you want to change to your access to these screens please contact your Super User.

Restrictions on Deleting Records

 Further validation has been added to the Export Forwarding screens to prevent deletion of records. Please see the validation rules listed below:

Export Air Consol Screen

• no deletion permitted if any of the below is true:
  • 1 or more job exists on the Consol
  • FWB Message has been sent
  • CRN request has been made
  • CRN exists on the Consol
  • Has a MAWB Number
  • Has been printed

Export Sea Consol Screen

• no deletion permitted if any of the below is true:
  • 1 or more job exists on the Consol
  • CRN request has been made
  • CRN exists on the Consol

Export Air Job Screen

• no deletion permitted if any of the below is true:
  • Any Financial Charges or Transactions exist on the Job
  • An EDN exists on the Job
  • A Message has been sent to Customs requesting an EDN
  • A FHL Message has been sent for that job

Export Sea Job Screen

• no deletion permitted if any of the below is true:
  • Any Financial Charges or Transactions exist on the Job
  • An EDN exists on the Job
  • A Message has been sent to Customs requesting an EDN
  • A PRA has been submitted

NZ Export Sea Job Screen

• no deletion permitted if any of the below is true:
  • Any Financial Charges or Transactions exist on the Job
  • A Message has been sent to Customs requesting an Export Entry

Import Air Consol Screen

• no deletion permitted if any of the below is true:
  • 1 or more job exists on the Consol

Import Sea Consol Screen

• no deletion permitted if any of the below is true:
  • 1 or more job exists on the Consol
