This release provides additional configuration on the Customer Masterfile to pop up Agent and Export notes during Sea and Air Consol Registration.
The Customer Masterfile, Configuration tab has been updated with the new sections highlighted below:
Export Air Consol Registration Pop Up
Add/Update – Agent Notes: If this flag is set to “Yes” Agent Notes appear when an Export Air Consol is registered and the Agent code is entered. This flag is defaulted to Yes when a new customer is entered and can be updated.
Export Sea Consol Registration Pop Up
Add/Update – Export Sea Notes: If this flag is set to “Yes” Export Sea Notes appear when an Export Sea Consol is registered. This flag is defaulted to Yes when a new customer is entered and can be updated.
Add/Update – Agent Notes: If this flag is set to “Yes” Agent Notes appear when an Export Sea Consol is registered and the Agent code is entered. This flag is defaulted to Yes when a new customer is entered and can be updated.
Notes for the Agent are set in their Customer Masterfile using the 
button. Export Sea notes can also be saved in this Notes Screen.
