This release provides the option to store Codes information at Part level as well as, or instead of, at TLF Level within the Customs Module in New Zealand.
This release will allow Codes information to be stored at Part Level AND TLF Level. If you would prefer to store Codes at Part level or TLF level only please let us know through Support Tracker.
If Codes information is to be stored at Parts Level you will see the Codes information table in the Parts Maintenance screen

Codes information stored against the TLF, the Part or both will populate the Shipper’s Invoice and Supplier’s Invoice line information when the Part Number is added.

If Codes information is stored at both Part and TLF level Expedient will remove any duplicate information when building the Shipper’s and Supplier’s Invoice lines.
If the Customs Entry is consolidated Expedient will check the TLFs against the parts and only consolidate parts where the TLF AND the Codes Information is the same.
The Customs Entry screen has been updated to indicate how the invoice lines have been consolidated.
The codes information from the Shipper’s or Supplier’s invoice will be copied across to the Line Details in the Customs Entry.
