Release 130213 – AU Customs – Upgraded Validation in TLF Maintenance

This release provides an update to the TLF Maintenance screen within the Customs Module for Australia.  This screen will now check that various information stored against the TLF is current with AU Customs

The following fields in the TLF Maintenance screen have been updated:

  • S-UQ – this is a new field and shows the secondary Unit of Measurement required by AU Customs for the Tariff. This is a no entry field
  • UQ – this field has been updated to no entry. The information is provided from data from AU Customs
  • Tariff – validation has been added to this field to check that the entered tariff is valid for the date of creation or date of update of the TLF.
  • Stat – validation has been added to this field to check the entered code matches the information provided by Customs
  • TRT – validation has been added to this field to check the entered code matches the information provided by Customs
  • Instrument – validation has been added to this field to check the entered code matches the information provided by Customs and the code is valid for the date of creation or date of update of the TLF.

The Generic Parts CSV report has been updated to include any S-UQ information stored for the part. On release of this update your TLF’s will be automatically updated to ensure the UQ and S-UQ information matches the latest AU Customs update.
