This release provides the ability to store the Treatment Code for each part. A number of screens have been updated to store the code during classification and the Nature 10/20 will look for the TRT code for the part instead of the TLF when generating a new entry or repreparing an entry.
The following screens have been updated:
- Parts Masterfile – the Code TRT is now available in the Code Information table
- Supplier Invoice – the screen will pull through the TRT code stored against the Part if this is known instead of the TRT code for the TLF.
- Pre-Job Supplier Invoice – the screen will pull through the TRT code stored against the Part if this is known instead of the TRT code for the TLF.
- Classifying the Part in the Suppliers Invoice – the Code TRT is now available in the Code Information table
Classifying the Part in the Pre-Job Suppliers Invoice – the Code TRT is now available in the Code Information table
Nature 10/20 – this screen will not allow TRT codes to be added for Express entries (entries without Supplier Invoices in Expedient)
Sundry>Download Date Files>Load Parts File – this screen has been updated to allow TRT Code to be loaded from a file to create the Part in the Part Masterfile.
