This release provides enhanced visibility of multiple cargo reports for assembly shipments in various screens and updates delivery orders to print for each cargo report. The Import Job Registration screen has been updated to include a new tab listing the cargo reports for the job. This tab provides a view only of the cargo report information. Double click on a row in this tab to open the Cargo Report.
The Delivery Order document has been updated to print for each Cargo Report rather than for each Job where your site is reporting cargo. When selecting to print the Delivery Order Expedient will assume you want to print all the cargo reports listed.
Click on OK in the above screen shot will produce a 10 page Delivery Order.
The LCL and Air Delivery Order have also been updated to include the LCL/Air Available Date and LCL/Air Storage Date. If you would like to include this information please contact Expedient Software by raising a Support Ticket.
The Air Cargo Reporting Screen and Sea Cargo Reporting Screen have been updated with a zoom on Supplier Code against the Shipper Name. If the Supplier you want to add to the Cargo Report already exists in Expedient user enter the Code or use the zoom to easily add the new Supplier.
The Rates module has been updated to allow autorating based on the number of Cargo Reports. ‘Per Cargo Report’ has been added as a new autorating method.
The Autorating function has been updated to allow for this new method. E.g. if a Delivery Order Fee has been added with method ‘Per Cargo Report’ charged at $20 per Cargo Report and a 5 Cargo Reports exist against one Job, the Job will be autorated with a Delivery Order fee of $100.
The Entry 10/20 screen has been updated to show the Commodity Details in the Transport Lines section for Sea Freight. The information listed is from the Cargo Reports rather than from the Job. If the Entry is a multi-job entry cargo reports for all jobs associated with the entry will be listed.
The Enquiry Only>Job Tracking>Import Job Enquiry screen has also been updated to provide a count of Cargo Reports associated with the job
Delivery Order has been removed as an option from the Import Air Notifications and Import Sea Notifications folder. The Delivery Order must be accessed from the Import Job Registration screen.
