In this release, we have made further enhancements to the View Profit & Loss screen:
- When the screen is first opened, the screen will now only display records for the current financial year
- The Cost Sales fields have been removed
- The Revenue field and toolbar button have been limited to only show accounts numbers in the following ranges:
- 2300 – 2799, 4000 – 4999

- A new check-box has been added called ‘Include Sales GST in figures’
- When ticked, sales GST is included in all financial figures
- When unticked, sales GST is not included in the financial figures
- The ‘Exclude form Profit & Loss’ check-box in the Chart of Accounts has been linked to the View Profit & Loss screen
