If the entry is an AEP entry and no document assessment is required, when the documents are lodged to COLS system, they will be stored in DAFF CWMS system for future reference and the documents will not be assessed by a processing officer. You will receive a notification email like below.
You will also see the LRN status “Completed – AEP docs stored” in the Expedient application.
DAFF has introduced a “Switch AEP” API. This API allows an existing AEP entry LRN to be turned into an assessment task in the internal DAFF CWMS system if manual assessment is required.
In Expedient, you can find the function below. The function is only enabled when the LRN status is “Completed – AEP docs stored”.
