In this release, we have updated the Spot Quotes’ (Rates->Spot Quote) charges tab, to allow users to customize the order of their charges. They can do this through the 2 new buttons ‘Move Up <CTRL-Up>’ and ‘Move Down <CTRL-Down>’ .
In UPDATE mode, users can see the ‘Move Up <CTRL-Up>’ and ‘Move Down <CTRL-Down>’ buttons at the bottom of the Charges table. They will only appear if 2 or more charge lines are entered.
Selecting either will shift the highlighted charge line up or down one row, stopping at the top/bottom of the charges list.
IMPORTANT! The custom order of charges created through these buttons will not override any ‘Sort’ that has been placed on the charges column in VIEW mode. To see the custom order created in UPDATE mode from the Move Up/Down buttons, users will need to enter VIEW mode, right-click on a column heading of the charges table, scroll to the bottom and select the ‘Reset Settings’ option. This will allow the custom order to appear in VIEW mode and appear in the Spot Quote when ‘Screen Order’ is the selected Print Order.
