This release includes an update to the Manifest EDI load process.
Import Sea XML
For Import Sea jobs, on the Sea Import Consol and the Import Job Registration screens, the Transhipment Vessel, Transhipment Port, T/S ETA and T/S ETD fields can be added to the Expedient Manifest EDI file format using the new XML tags called <TranshipmentVessel>, <TranshipmentPort>, <TranshipmentETA> and <TranshipmentETD> within the parent tag <Manifest>.
Additionally, if the XML file also does not contain the tags <VesselCode>, <VesselName> and <LloydsNumber>, on the Sea Import Consol and the Import Job Registration screens, the Vessel Name is populated with “TRANSHIPMENT”.
Export Sea XML
For Export Sea jobs, on the Sea Export Consol Registration screen, the Oncarriage Vessel and T/S ETD Port fields can be added to the Expedient Manifest EDI file format using the new XML tags called <TranshipmentVessel> and <TranshipmentETD> within the parent tag <Manifest>.
Additionally, if the XML file also does not contain the tags <VesselCode>, <VesselName> and <LloydsNumber>, on the Sea Export Consol and the Sea Export Job Registration screens, the Vessel Name is populated with “TRANSHIPMENT”.
