This release includes an update to the following screen:
- Administration -> Interface -> EDI Configuration -> EDI Configuration.
For an Inbound Manifest EDI Configuration, where the option ‘Accept updates to live consols and jobs’ is Yes, a new tab called ‘Stop Update Events’ can be seen.
The ‘Stop Update Events’ tab has a configurable table that determines what events stop updates to live Jobs and Consols.
Users can add, update and remove any events from this table to suit their business processes.
The table includes columns:
- Event Code
- Description
- Level
- Modify Date
- Modify User
The purpose of the Level column is to determine where the event needs to occur in order to stop the EDI update. For example, if an IMDA event has occurred on a Job and the table has an IMDA event where Level is the Job, the EDI update would be stopped.
If an update is stopped due to this process, the sender will receive an email notifying them with the failed XML attached.
On release, AU sites will have the following default configuration:
| Event Code | Description | Level |
| CCOM | Consol Complete | Consol |
| JCOM | Job Complete | Job |
| ACAL | Air Cargo Availability successfully submitted | Job |
| SCAL | Sea Cargo Availability successfully submitted | Job |
