This release includes an update to Administration -> Interface -> Outbound -> IMD Charges EDI Configuration and the addition of a new version of the IMD Charges XML that separates Expedient job number and External Code.
On the screen, selecting DOL (Date of Lodgment) as the trigger event will show the new Version Number combo box and Download XSD button.
- The new combo box called “Version No” allows users to select what version of the Charges XML is generated when the trigger event occurs.
- The previous Charges XML is now considered version 1.00.00
- All sites will continue to use this version unless manually changed
- The new Charges XML is version 1.01.00, changes include:
- JobNumber tag now only populates with the Job Number
- Addition of ExternalCode tag (this data is pulled from “Extn. Code” field on Job screen)
- Addition of XMLVersionNumberTag
- The Download XSD button will download the corresponding XSD associated to the XML version selected in the Version No field
