Release 07/07/21 – Order Tracking – Mass Update Container on Booking Lines

This release provide an improvement to the Mass Update Line Container option in Order Management -> Imports -> Bookings, and Order Management -> Exports -> Bookings

This option is available in UPDATE mode.

Where there is only one container listed on the booking, and more than one booking line, the following pop up question will appear on selecting Mass Update Line Container.  The pop up will show the container number on the booking

On selecting Yes, the container number will immediately be copied to the Container column against all the booking lines regardless of Order number

On selecting No, the original Mass Update Line Containers window will appear.  This screen has the following updates

  • An Order Line Number range is no longer required.  Select the Order Number and a Container Number to apply the Container Number to all the Booking Lines for that Order e.g.

On OK, both booking lines on this order are updated with the same container number

  • A ‘Load All Orders’ button is available to quickly add all the Orders on the booking to the table.  This button is available when there are no orders already listed in the table.  This speeds up the process of adding Orders to the list if a container is applied to the whole order on the booking

  • Booking Lines on the same Order can continue be added to different containers by using the Order Line Number range columns
