To allow users to track notes added and deleted on the portal, in this release, we have updated the notification emails to incorporate these functions.
If you are set up to receive edit notifications for the customer that is adding a note on the portal, you will receive a notification that lists out all notes that have been added.
For traceability, when a note is deleted on the portal, if you are set up to receive edit notifications for the customer, you will receive a modification email which lists the note that was deleted with a score through it.
For bookings, you can now also receive email notifications when the booking information is updated. This will contain the entire booking message as it appears after the user saves their changes. This will only list the first 1000 characters. If the booking instructions is longer than that, you will see an ellipses at the end.
