This release includes an update to both order and shipment configuration options for the Partner Portal. For both, we have added in a check box at the global and personnel level to allow users to select who can delete external notes on the portal. When a user has permission to delete notes, they can only delete notes that they themselves added. An event is created against the order or job within expedient when a note is added or deleted on the partner portal to allow for traceability.
If this is not ticked, users cannot delete external notes once they have been saved on the portal.
