In this release, users are able to print out Export Invoice in PDF format for a consignment line on Air Export job>Consignments/ lines tab when Low-value consolidation is Yes.
Note: The function is only available for Customers with export eCommerce module. If you wish to have the function, please contact Expedient Support.
How does it work?
1. On Air Export Job, flag “Low Value Consolidation” as Yes and it will insert Consignments/Lines tab on the job.
2. On Air Export Job>Consignments/Lines tab, fill in all consignment information.
3. Go to Air Export Job>Customs>Export Invoice PDF and type in Line No or Consignment Ref.
- If Line No is entered, the relevant Consignment Ref will populate automatically.
4. When OK is clicked, it will take users to a print screen.
- You can go to Customer Masterfile>personnel to set up default email recipients on print screen as followings.
- Set Distribution Group as “Export Notification”.
- Set Document Type as “CIV”.
- You can also set up AUTO SAVE for the export invoice PDF, by flagging “Auto Save” for document type CIV as Yes on Administration -> Document Management -> Document ID Masterfile.
5. When the Export invoice is printed, the layout will be as below.
- The invoice line information is from consignment line on Air Export job.
