In this release we are providing users the opportunity to check out our new profit analysis screen. This screen is designed to show the financial position of each job on a given day. It displays job information, along with the expected and actual revenue, cost and profit for each job.
As this screen is still in Beta version, it is a limited release and will become available to all users at a later date. Please raise a support ticket if you would like to view/test this screen.
The screen is accessed under management > finance as per the below screenshot:
Please Note: The table is updated each night and so the information may vary slightly should you add any new charge lines or post invoices in between updates.
Job Criteria
The Job Criteria Groups differs depending on which type of job you are searching by. Depends on which modules you have access to these will be: Import, Export, Domestic and Consolidated.
Import Profit Criteria
If you have the import forwarding module, you will have the ability to filter this screen to only shown profit for import jobs. The below table outlines the search filters that are available.
Export Profit Criteria
If you have the export forwarding module, you will have the ability to filter this screen to only shown profit for export jobs. The below table outlines the search filters that are available.
Domestic Profit Criteria
If you have the domestic module, you will have the ability to filter this screen to only shown profit for domestic jobs. The below table outlines the search filters that are available.
Consolidated Profit Criteria
If you have access to more than one of the above modules, you can search in a consolidated view. This provides results across each direction provided they match with the search criteria. The below table summarises the report filters available when searching the consolidated list.
Results
Once you have entered your search criteria, your results are displayed in a table. The columns can be organised to suit the users preference. Below is a list of all possible fields:
