This release includes a Bulk update for Job Milestone Inclusions / Exclusions.
Bulk Updates -> Import Job Milestones Bulk Update
Bulk updates for Job Milestones will add customers to inclusions or exclusions. In the above example, the customers will be added to the related milestones as Inclusions for ACAL Milestone. Please note * denotes every category selection.
By selecting ‘Update Job Milestones’ option, you will be able to preview each milestone that you will be updating.
In the above example, Milestone Inclusions for ACAL will not be updated in doc number 285 as there is an existing exclusion in the milestone set up for the milestone ACAL.
A .csv file upload is available by selecting ‘Load Inclusion/Exclusion File’ option where you can map the file. See below example.
