After this release, the new Incoterm DPU (Delivered At Place Unloaded) in the incoterms 2020 is added to Expedient on the following screens.

  • Order Management -> Exports -> Orders -> INCO
  • Rates -> Customer Quotes -> INCO Terms
  • Customs Processing (AU) -> Import Declaration Nature 10/20 -> ITRM
  • Forwarding (AU) > Export Air > Shipper’s Invoice -> Invoice Type
  • Customs Processing (NZ) -> Import Declaration -> Incoterm
  • Customs Processing (NZ) -> Supplier Invoice -> Incoterm
  • Forwarding (NZ) -> Export Air -> Export Declaration -> Incoterm
  • Forwarding (NZ) -> Export Air -> Shipper’s Invoice -> Incoterm
  • Forwarding (NZ) -> Export Air -> Shipper’s Invoice -> Export Documents -> Terms
  • Forwarding -> Manifest EDI -> Job Holding -> Air/Sea House Holding -> INCOTERMS

Note:

  1. AU Customs may not accept new incoterm DPU until 1st Jan 2020. 
  2. NZCS is using the INCOTERMS published by UN Recommendation No. 5, rather than the INCOTERMS published by ICC. The new incoterm DPU may not be accepted by TSW until UN Recommendation is updated.
