From the Agent Mapping Screen, an Agent’s EDI messages can now be set to bypass the holding screens to create Live Consols and Jobs automatically.
- Go to the Agent Mapping Screen
- Search for the desired Agent
- Set the “Create Live Consols and Jobs on Load” field to “Yes”
- Click Save
When an EDI message is received, Expedient will validate if all mandatory fields have the required data before creating the Live Consol or Job. If all mandatory fields are available, the Consol and Job will appear in their respective Registration Screens. If any of the mandatory fields are missing, the data will be inserted into the Holding Screens. In either case, an email alert will be sent to the Agent’s nominated EDI contacts.
