This release provides the ability to store multiple client references against containers in Container Management and use the references in reporting and the Web Portal. The Container Management screen has been updated with a new option, Client Reference Numbers.

Another new option within the Container Management screen will allow you to search for Client References.
Search using the Client Code and the Reference, or just the Reference to find the containers. The Container Management User Configured Automated Report has been updated to show the Client References for each container rather than the job. Select Client References in the output and the Container Client References will print, rather than the Job Client References.
The ‘All Information’ Container Management report, manual and automatic, has been updated to include all Client References stored for the container
The Container Management Web Portal has been updated. All Client References stored for the container are listed in the Import Container tab after the Dehire Depot.
The references can be searched in the Import Container Search screen.
The References are listed in the Import Container Details tab.
The EDI Manifest process has also been updated to include Client References for Containers. EDI Manifests received from Overseas Agents, or Import Jobs sent to Brokers or received from Forwarders will include this information when sent from Expedient. If you require your Overseas Agent to include this information please contact Expedient Software for the latest EDI Manifest messaging requirements.
